On March 15, 2024, the national standard GB/T 43795-2024 'Mechanical Strength Test Method for Magnetic Cores Made of Magnetic Oxide' under the jurisdiction of the National Magnetic Standards Committee was officially released. GB/T 43795-2024 specifies the testing method for the mechanical strength of magnetic cores made of magnetic oxides. It is also applicable to the measurement of the mechanical strength of metal magnetic powder cores. It is a national standard formulated simultaneously with the international standard IEC 61631 ED1 'Test method for the mechanical strength of cores made of magnetic oxides' led by China. IEC 61631 has been released and implemented in May 2020. So far, the international standard and All national standard setting tasks have been completed. The development of this standard is led by Hengdian Group DMC Co., Ltd., which brings together outstanding domestic industry-university-research units and senior experts, including China Electronics Standardization Institute, Maanshan Xinkangda Magnetics Co., Ltd., Shandong Chunguang Magnetoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. The Ninth Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Haian Yingqiu Magnetic Components Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Jiulongwang Hi-Tech Electronics Co., Ltd., Changshu Pierqi Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, Shenzhen Platinum Technology Co., Ltd. 10 units of New Materials Co., Ltd. jointly participated in the preparation. The compilation process went through many meetings and discussions, and multiple units of the compilation team jointly conducted a large amount of theoretical data derivation, experimental verification and data review. The hard work of the compilation team finally resulted in today's results.
